Location

The apartment building is located in the centre of the El Rodadero, a seaside neighbourhood of Santa Marta with its own boulevard and beach. The lively neighbourhood is sprinkled with grocery stores, restaurants, bars, terraces, dive shops, tour agencies, ATM machines, etc.

But the main attractions are of course the beaches. The nearest one is located just 100 meters from the apartments, namely Colombia’s most famous bay; that oft of El Rodadero. From the beach you are also within 10 minutes with a boat on the beaches of Inca Inca and Playa Blanca. And then there are the picturebook beaches of the Tayrona Park. Great for a daytrip or to stay for a few nights. The Tayrona beaches are reachable by taxi (taxistand at 30 meters) or organized transport with pick up at the building (tickets for sale at 30 meters).
